KHAIRNOVA orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Processing time is 10 to 15 business days. Please note that during holidays, these times may vary and delivery may be longer; however, you will always be made aware of any delays on our end due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from www.khairnova.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.
Once you make your purchase, you will receive an immediate email confirming your order (This is your digital receipt).
Always double-check and confirm your shipping address. Shipping and billing addresses have to match, or your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer error.
You will not be able to change your delivery address once your order has been placed.

If any issues with your order, please email us with your order number.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
At checkout, customers have the option to add Shipping Protection to their order for a small additional fee. This covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit, and any successful claim will be resolved with a replacement or refund at KHAIRNOVA's discretion.
If you decline Shipping Protection at checkout, KHAIRNOVA is not liable for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once proof of dispatch and tracking confirmation have been provided, save for your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We always recommend adding Shipping Protection for peace of mind, particularly on higher-value orders.
Where a parcel is confirmed lost or damaged by Royal Mail/Parcelforce/DHL and Shipping Protection was not purchased, KHAIRNOVA may, at its sole discretion, offer a goodwill gesture, but is under no obligation to do so.
PROCESSING TIME
BESSPOKE ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 1-2 WEEKS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.
On occasion, bespoke items may be dispatched separately within the agreed timeframe. Please be aware that if you place an order containing both made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, they will be dispatched together once the custom-made item becomes available.

ORDER CANCELLATION
BUNDLES & HAIR EXTENSIONS
Any standard order (bundles, hair extensions, or accessories) is eligible for cancellation and a full refund, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is no longer in our possession and cannot be cancelled.

CUSTOM-MADE WIGS
Custom-made wigs are produced to your individual specifications. Custom-made orders may be cancelled on the same day they are placed before 11:59 PM. If you wish to cancel before that point, please contact us immediately at khairnovaofficial@gmail.com.
Any cancellation request before production will be reviewed at our discretion. Once production has commenced, your order is non-cancellable and non-refundable except in the case of fault or error on our part.
As custom wigs are produced to the customer's specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please ensure all measurements, specifications, and order details are correct before placing your order.
