Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from www.khairnova.com, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for bundles and hair products where an item has arrived damaged, defective, or has been supplied incorrectly by us. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. 

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Hair must not have been worn, installed, washed, cut, coloured, treated, or altered in any way. Items returned with tags, labels, or security ribbons removed may be rejected and returned to you.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at khairnovaofficial@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.

WIGS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL for wigs.

Due to the custom-made and hygienic nature of our wigs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer, or any other non-fault reason.

If your wig arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at khairnovaofficial@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or other remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, email khairnovaofficial@gmail.com and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number (in the subject line)
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

You may use any courier service of your choice. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit while being returned to us. A tracking number must be provided as proof of shipment.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

International returns received more than 60 days after the original order date may be refused and returned to the sender.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the payment.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at khairnovaofficial@gmail.com.

 

LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is carried out by our courier partner. In the event that your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe locations at your property.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, stolen, or misdelivered, please contact the courier directly to open an investigation. We will cooperate with any courier investigation where reasonably possible and retain all dispatch documentation, including tracking records and photographic evidence of dispatch.

Please note that under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk in goods passes to you upon physical receipt of the parcel. In cases where a courier records delivery but the parcel is not received, we will work with you and the courier to resolve the matter.

 

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

KHAIRNOVA retains all order documentation, including photographs of items before dispatch, tracking records, and communications. We reserve the right to report suspected fraudulent chargeback claims or misuse of our returns policy to the relevant payment processors and authorities.
