What is the difference between Raw Hair and Virgin Hair

Both Raw Virgin and Virgin is hair that has not undergone any chemical processing at all. Some irgin hair undergoes steaming to achieve those hot market styles like Exotic Wave and Body Wave. Raw Virgin hair has not undergone any type of steaming.

What kind of hair do you carry?

We carry unprocessed raw and virgin human hair. Our hair is sourced from Southeast Asia. KhairNova can be coloured, bleached, dyed, curled ,straightened and with good care can last up to 5+ years.

How many bundles will I need?

For a complete installation we recommend 3 bundles for lengths shorter than 24inches. For lengths longer than 24inches, 4 bundles are ideal. For those luxurious lengths of 30 inches and beyond, we recommend 4-5 bundles especially for our single drawn bundles as they have less density the longer they are but this depends on the volume you want to achieve.

When adding a lace frontal or closure, you might need fewer bundles—about half to one less than our standard suggestion.

However, if you're aiming for a full, voluminous look, stick with our recommended bundle amounts along with the closure or frontal for the best results!

How do I care for my raw extensions?

Here are some easy tips to keep your Khairnova Extensions looking fabulous!

  • Wash your hair with warm water and a sulfate-free, moisturising shampoo.
  • Follow up with a moisturising conditioner.
  • Rinse thoroughly every time.
  • Let your hair air dry for a natural, gorgeous finish!
  • Use minimal products, and steer clear of grease and heavy oils.
  • Wrap your hair in a satin scarf or bonnet before bed.
  • Use a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends, for gentle detangling.
  • Be extra gentle when brushing, combing, and styling frontal and closure units with heat tools.
  • Condition weekly for the best results and luscious hair!

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Processing time is 1-2 days and orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class with next day delivery aim.

Pre - orders can take up to 2-3 weeks to be processed and shipped. If you place an order containing pre-order items and ready to ship items these will be dispatched together when the pre-order item does become available.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace by mail. This way you can track your order.

Can I still change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed our team will immdiately process your order. Thefore, we ask that you review your cart before placing your order making sure that both the billing and shipping address match.
