HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We only accept returns if the wig/products is damaged by us. If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order. If the order gets lost during its return back to us we will still issue you a refund once you have provided us with the receipt.
All merchandises must be received back in its original form. Hair/products must not be worn, damaged, used, or have distinct smells including hair care products and perfume.
If you return items that have their tags and/or security ribbon removed, these will be returned to you. In the event your item(s) is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours from the date of delivery and we will gladly process a return. Any international returns received later than 60 days from the order date will be returned back to the sender.
Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return.
Within the email please include the following:
* Your full name
* Order number in the subject heading
* A brief detailed description of the issue you've experienced includin pictures.
To start a return, you can contact us at khairnovaofficial@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we will send you once you email us for your return.
You may send it using any courier of choice. We suggest using a traceable service as we will not be held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. Standard Royal Mail 1st / 2nd class will suffice. However, this is entirely up to the individual as we do not cover postage for returns unless you have received a faulty item.
Can I still change my order?
If you want to change your order, please send us an email to hello@sahara.com. We will see what is still possible.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to hello@sahara.com and we will contact the shipping company.

Do I have to create an account?
No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. How do I change my account password?
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.

WHAT KIND OF HAIR DO YOU CARRY ?
We carry supreme quality raw and virgin human hair. Our hair is sourced from Southeast Asia. KhairNova can be coloured, bleached, dyed, curled, straightened and with good care can last up to 5+ years.
HOW MANY BUNDLES WILL I NEED?
For a complete installation, we recommend 3 bundles for lengths shorter than 24inches. For lengths longer than 24inches, 4 bundles are ideal. For those luxurious lengths of 30 inches and beyond, we recommend 4-5 bundles, especially for our single-drawn bundles, as they have less density the longer they are, but this depends on the volume you want to achieve.
When adding a lace frontal or closure, you might need fewer bundles—about half to one less than our standard suggestion.
However, if you're aiming for a full, voluminous look, stick with our recommended bundle amounts along with the closure or frontal for the best results!
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RAW BUNDLES?
Here are some easy tips to keep your Khairnova Extensions looking fabulous!
- Wash your hair with warm water and a sulfate-free, moisturising shampoo.
- Follow up with a moisturising conditioner.
- Rinse thoroughly every time.
- Let your hair air dry for a natural, gorgeous finish!
- Use minimal products, and steer clear of grease and heavy oils.
- Wrap your hair in a satin scarf or bonnet before bed.
- Use a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends, for gentle detangling.
- Be extra gentle when brushing, combing, and styling frontal and closure units with heat tools.
- Condition weekly for the best results and luscious hair!
